Cornflakes Marshmallows Squares

Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 1/2 cups marshmallows
2 1/2 cups cornflakes
Raisins or nuts (optional)
Method
1. Melt butter in pan over low heat.
2. Add in marshmallows and stir till melted.
3. With flame still on, pour in cornflakes and stir till evenly mixed and immediately pour into baking tray and spread. After cooling, cut into desired shapes.
* don’t over melt the marshmallows mixture, once no lumps add in cornflakes. So won’t be hard to spread.
